About the Job
We are currently seeking a senior-level scientist for our Toxicology, Health and Economic Sciences business area. The position will support diverse clients and projects, with the common theme of guiding environmentally protective actions for ingredients and products, beginning with product conception and extending through registration, production, use, and disposal. You will frequently engage with clients who value your deep understanding of product compliance requirements specific to different industrial sectors (e.g., food and beverages, energy, manufacturing) and jurisdictions (e.g., U.S., various states, Canada). You will effectively manage large and small projects to ensure delivery of high-quality work products on time and on budget.

Qualifications
- Candidates should hold an advanced degree in toxicology, environmental health, pharmacology, biology, chemistry, or similar field.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 10 years of experience in product stewardship, including employment in industry and as a consultant
- Demonstrated proficiency in regulatory toxicology, global regulation of chemicals in products, hazard communication, new chemical introduction, and/or auditing from a product regulatory perspective
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience and internal equity, within the listed range. An employee’s total compensation package includes annual salary; company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) participation with a company match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation; company-paid life and short- and long-term disability insurance; paid sick leave (10 days), paid vacation (18 days), paid holidays (9 days) per year; and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be prorated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.
