Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product line strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements and modifications.
- Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging, positioning, and marketing campaigns.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to improve products and develop new features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in product management driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful product strategies and roadmaps.
Pay
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $70,600 to $90,200, plus additional incentives based on role level. The final pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
