About the role

Responsible for managing product inventory and customer relationships in Eastern Pennsylvania. Oversee product launches and provide technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage product inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
• Oversee product launches and coordinate with internal teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
