About the role
As a Product Specialist Non-Clinical within our Information Technology department, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing product information across various IT platforms.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and user guides.
- Support the implementation of new products and features by providing technical guidance and training.
- Monitor customer feedback and product performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding product information management.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with product information management software.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and terminology.
