About the role

Select products according to established category budget & overall company budget
Develop relationships with Suppliers
Review Supplier Performance metrics & suggest & implement measures to drive improvement
Product benchmarking, including selling price, promotions, product offering, and product information.
Create promotional events at the direction of the Merchandising Manager

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree as it is required (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
• 1-3 years applicable professional experience (preferred)
• A user of MidwayUSA's core products and have a passion for shooting, hunting and the outdoors
• Excellent product and technical knowledge
• Excellent creative writing skills
• The ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
• A team player with a positive attitude

• Annual Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $55,000-$71,500 with annual benchmarking and pay increases to always ensure a competitive salary
