About the role

The Product Solutions Architect, Enterprise advises institutional clients at the executive level on how SimCorp One enables operating model transformation, and brings market truth back into every product decision. This role sits within Product Management, reporting to the Head of Product Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with C-suite and senior client stakeholders, commanding credibility and building relationships that establish SimCorp as a trusted advisor in business transformation.
  • Connect front, middle, and back office workflows into integrated SimCorp One solutions, translating enterprise strategy into platform implications.
  • Represent product leadership independently in strategic client engagements, pre-sales situations, and industry forums.
  • Synthesize insights from client engagements, competitive dynamics, and industry trends into prioritized strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure implementation learnings flow directly into the product roadmap and identify cross-client patterns that should become standard configurations or new capabilities.
  • Define what good looks like for enterprise client archetypes including asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds.
  • Own the standard configurations and reference architectures that guide how clients implement SimCorp One, and train implementation teams to deliver consistently across SimCorp's global client base.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, solution engineering, strategic consulting, or client-facing product roles within institutional investment management platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle across front, middle, and back office.
  • Strong knowledge of institutional asset management workflows, asset classes, regulatory requirements, and the operating models of asset managers, asset owners, sovereign wealth funds, and insurers.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage at the executive level with C-suite and senior client stakeholders, commanding credibility and trust.
  • Consultative approach with experience navigating complex client dynamics and delivering difficult messages with clarity and professionalism.
  • Fluency in both strategy (operating models, target state, transformation roadmaps) and execution (platform capabilities, configuration, implementation patterns).
  • Data-driven approach using competitive intelligence and customer feedback to inform product decisions and establish thought leadership.
