Product Solutions Advisor

About the role

As a Product Solutions Advisor at Fiserv, you will enhance the value of our solutions for clients by providing expert guidance and strategic advice. You will ensure that key details and documentation are preserved throughout the solutioning process and support the development of future advisors and experts. You will work closely with some of the largest financial institutions, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving impactful, cost-effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a key strategic client and internal partners to troubleshoot, research, and provide solutions for critical client requests.
• Develop and document product knowledge, capturing business requirements and solution designs for client approval and use by product development.
• Provide consultative partnership to meet client and company objectives; cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Identify and document key insights based on customer needs, driving strategic investment in our product roadmap.
• Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience through effective navigation of systems, procedures, and collaboration with internal resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s preferred in Business, Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or advisory roles within the financial technology sector.
• 4+ years of experience in client engagement and consultation.
• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Individuals with temporary visas (e.g., F-1 OPT/CPT/STEM, H-1B, H-2, TN) or requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience with FinTech software or platforms, preferably the Optis Issuing System (would be great to have).

Pay

Salary Range: $72,750.00 – $116,400.00 (applies to employees in New Jersey and New York; ranges for other states may differ). This position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity or commissions.
