About Us At Cast & Crew, we’ve empowered creativity and supported the global entertainment industry for decades. Together with our family of brands - Backstage, CAPS, Checks & Balances, Final Draft, Media Services, Sargent-Disc, and The TEAM Companies – we operate as a combined entertainment technology and services provider offering industry standard screenwriting accounting software, digital payroll products, data & reporting, and a host of creative tools. The industry continues to move faster than ever, and the need for our expertise, our technology, and our people has never been greater. We are a production’s best ally every step of the way. #OneCastOneCrew Position Overview Cast & Crew is looking for a Product Solutionist to be the technical backbone of our sales motion across film, television, and live entertainment. This is not a traditional pre-sales role — it's the rare combination of deep product expertise and genuine client instinct. You run discovery. You demo. You answer the hard questions in the room. And when it comes to our existing client base, you're in those conversations too, helping clients get more value from what they already have. You know how production companies think. You can translate payroll infrastructure and digital workflows into language that resonates with a production CFO and an on-set PA in the same afternoon. You're comfortable owning a meeting solo and equally comfortable playing the expert partner alongside a Sales AE. You don't wait for a script — you read the room and adapt. This role covers the New York and New Jersey markets, with regular presence at client locations, production offices, and industry events. You'll work alongside Account Executives focused on Live Entertainment and Film & TV, acting as the technical SME from first meeting through close — and in some cases, well beyond.
