Product Software Engineer

About the role

The Product Engineer will build infrastructure for Agent Behaviour Monitoring (ABM), surfacing behavioral issues like instruction drift and context loss that traditional observability misses. They will help teams understand how autonomous agents perform in production by clustering patterns across conversations and workflows, correlating regressions to interaction types, and pinpointing where reliability breaks down.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ABM infrastructure to monitor and improve the reliability of autonomous agents in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and data science to define and implement solutions that enhance agent performance and reliability.
• Work closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.
• Contribute to the design and development of new features and integrations that drive product innovation and market differentiation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product or full-stack engineering at tech startups.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and its applications in monitoring and improving AI systems.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services.
• Experience with Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other containerization tools.
