About the role
Join our team as a Product Security Engineer - PSIRT. As a member of the PSIRT team, you will be responsible for managing and responding to security incidents, coordinating with external parties, and ensuring the security of our products.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to security incidents, including coordinating with external parties and providing technical guidance.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure the security of our products.
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and improve security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our products throughout their lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and implement appropriate countermeasures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product security, incident response, or a similar field.
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and incident response frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
- Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Knowledge of common security protocols and standards, such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms and analysis tools.
- Understanding of web application security principles and practices.

Pay
- $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
