Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

As a Product Security Engineer at Rexzone, you will be responsible for embedding security into the software lifecycle for platforms handling AI/ML data operations. This includes securing services that support data labeling, content safety labeling, RLHF evaluation, and model evaluation tooling. You will lead threat modeling, security automation, and vulnerability management to protect customer data and training datasets. Your role ensures that remote teams can ship faster while maintaining the security and dependability of evaluation pipelines and Large Language Model (LLM) training workflows.

Responsibilities

• Embed security into the software lifecycle for AI/ML data operations platforms
• Secure services supporting data labeling, content safety labeling, RLHF evaluation, and model evaluation tooling
• Lead threat modeling, security automation, and vulnerability management
• Protect customer data and training datasets
• Maintain the security and dependability of evaluation pipelines and LLM training workflows

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product security engineering
• Experience with Application Security, Secure SDLC, Penetration Testing, Threat Modeling, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Risk Assessment, and Security Automation
• Proven track record of successfully leading security initiatives and projects
• Strong understanding of ethical hacking principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• CISSP or equivalent certification preferred
