Responsibilities
- Conduct in/outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities
- Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
- Adhere to provided script and messaging protocols
- Data entry and management within provided database
- Provide customer feedback to corporate teams
- Use of SAP
- General clerical duties including: photocopying, fax, and mailing
- Perform research to schedule remediation trips for recalls.
Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service
- Strong phone presence
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Prior recall experience preferred
- Strong technical software skills
- Use of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word
- Polite and professional phone demeanor
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneeling, and some lifting of equipment may be required of up to 50 pounds
