Product Readiness Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Product Readiness Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will drive cross-functional readiness for new product launches and software releases, translating strategy into clear priorities and execution plans. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to align business objectives, manage dependencies, and support successful go-to-market execution. The position also requires strong analytical judgment to identify risks and opportunities while building frameworks that improve planning and performance visibility. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $173,400 – $231,800 annually Responsibilities Translate strategic direction into actionable priorities and planning tools Lead cross-functional go-to-market readiness initiatives for new products and software releases Partner with various teams to align strategic priorities and drive execution Analyze business and market information to identify risks and opportunities Develop and maintain planning frameworks and performance insights for product readiness Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience Proven track record in managing projects or strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution Experience in go-to-market strategies, product readiness, or similar initiatives Benefits Remote work flexibility with a preference for candidates in the Western region Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Engagement in strategic initiatives that directly impact product success Access to tools and methodologies that enhance project management and execution Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
