Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day quality-related activities and approvals associated with new SKU setup, product documentation, and other duties as assigned
- Supporting laboratories, products, processes, and systems, such as addressing customer complaints and working with the team on corrective actions
- Supporting and interacting with customers and consumers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending, including monthly Quality Dashboard reports
- Troubleshooting, investigating, and analyzing for non-conforming product testing and disposition
- Driving existing product quality enhancement through the use of continuous improvement methods and tools, such as Product and Process Understanding (PPU), Design of Experiments (DOE), Six Sigma, and Quality at the Source
- Ensuring commercialized product design intent and product integrity are retained as materials, processes, methods, and specifications change
- Supporting change as it relates to design changes inspired by quality improvement, source of supply changes, or cost reduction efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified before start) from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of combined experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Management, Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, and/or Design Control within a private, public, government, or military environment
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred: Salesforce/PLM (Enovia)
- Preferred: Medical device/Pharma/healthcare experience

Pay
Pay range: $40-45/HR, depending on experience
Schedule
Onsite (5 days/week) Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
