Product Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee quality criteria and success measures for a defined product area.
• Design and run structured qualitative evaluations across key experiences and surfaces.
• Use LLMs and AI tools to support assessments while keeping human judgment central.
• Develop reusable evaluation frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams, and communicate findings, risks, and tradeoffs clearly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Quality, Content Quality, Product Operations, Research Operations, or a related product evaluation role.
• Experience evaluating AI-powered, machine learning, recommendation, or personalization features through qualitative analysis and data annotation.
• Strong qualitative analysis skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from large datasets.
• Experience with LLM-powered features and human-in-the-loop evaluation methodologies.
• Experience creating quality standards, evaluation frameworks, and quality improvement processes while partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
• Experience at a consumer technology company such as Netflix, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Google, Amazon, Apple, Audible, or similar.
