Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather, prioritize, and refine business requirements into user stories and product backlogs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Drive product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze customer behavior, product metrics, and market trends to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.
  • Work with Retail/eCommerce platforms, CMS, OMS, PIM, and digital experience solutions.
  • Ensure seamless omnichannel customer experiences across web, mobile, and in-store channels.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of Product Management/Product Owner experience.
  • Strong Retail and eCommerce domain experience.
  • Experience with Digital Experience platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OMS, PIM, CMS, payments, promotions, and customer journey optimization is preferred.
