Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, prioritize, and refine business requirements into user stories and product backlogs.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Drive product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer behavior, product metrics, and market trends to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.
- Work with Retail/eCommerce platforms, CMS, OMS, PIM, and digital experience solutions.
- Ensure seamless omnichannel customer experiences across web, mobile, and in-store channels.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of Product Management/Product Owner experience.
- Strong Retail and eCommerce domain experience.
- Experience with Digital Experience platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
- Familiarity with OMS, PIM, CMS, payments, promotions, and customer journey optimization is preferred.
