About the role
The Product Owner Payments is responsible for managing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the credit union's payment systems meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and user feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the development team to understand technical feasibility and constraints.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and adjust the product roadmap as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management or similar role.
- Experience with credit union systems and payment processing.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge of credit union regulations and compliance standards.

Pay
