About the role

Delivery Methodology: The program will be executed using the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) model. This will be a significant transformation effort and one of the first large-scale SAFe implementations. Workplace type: Hybrid position in Oklahoma City, OK. Application deadline: Anticipated to close on Sep 25, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize backlogs in Jira
• Coordinate with implementation vendors
• Perform risk identification and mitigation activities
• Drive planning and execution across their domain

Requirements

• Product Owner/Product Manager experience; 5+ years minimum ideally
• Experience managing Agile backlogs and Jira administration
• Strong SAFe experience
• Ability to export Jira data into Excel and present risks, dependencies, and priorities to leadership
• Experience supporting large transformation programs

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
