Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the Talent & Learning product strategy; build roadmap aligned to skills-based organization, career development, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline
- Domain Leadership: Bring deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, learning management, and learning experience platforms; guide HR to shift from process-driven to skills-driven models
- Experience Design: Design end-to-end employee journeys for career growth, learning pathways, and performance cycles; focus on consumer-grade employee experiences
- Solutioning & Delivery: Partner with solution engineers to configure scalable Workday Talent & Learning solutions; integrate with external learning ecosystems and skills platforms; lead prototyping and iterative solution design
- AI & Innovation: Drive AI-powered skill inference, recommendations, and personalized learning journeys; enable talent insights and workforce planning inputs
- Execution: Own backlog, prioritization, and sprint outcomes; drive adoption and continuous improvement
- Ability to work with HR stakeholders, solution engineers, and offshore/onshore teams to drive product strategy, solution delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement for Workday Talent & Learning
