Location: Norfolk, VA (On-Site) – Local Profile Contract, Long Term. Only for US citizens or Green Card holders.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience, including backlog ownership at a program (not single-team) level
- Demonstrated experience building or planning a software platform intended for reuse and deployment across multiple clients
- Experience defining or refining KPI/measurement frameworks in partnership with a customer
- Experience gathering and translating multi-persona workflow requirements (e.g., distinct role-based experiences) into actionable backlog items
- Comfortable working onsite at a customer site for an extended discovery period
- US-person status, consistent with the CUI/FedRAMP High/IL4 access restrictions governing this engagement
