Product Owner

Location: Norfolk, VA (On-Site) – locals only. Long-term contract. Visa: Green Card or US Citizenship required.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to work onsite at a customer site for an extended discovery period. This role involves building or planning a software platform intended for reuse and deployment across multiple clients, with a focus on program-level backlog ownership and collaboration under CUI/FedRAMP High/IL4 access restrictions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience, including backlog ownership at a program (not single-team) level
• Demonstrated experience building or planning a software platform intended for reuse and deployment across multiple clients
• Experience defining or refining KPI/measurement frameworks in partnership with a customer
• Experience gathering and translating multi-persona workflow requirements (e.g., distinct role-based experiences) into actionable backlog items
• US-person status, consistent with the CUI/FedRAMP High/IL4 access restrictions governing this engagement
