Product Owner

About the Role

Define and deliver decision-support products that enhance daily aircraft movement decisions, including visualization, delay management, and aircraft swaps. Translate complex operational challenges into clear product outcomes impacting customer experience and operational reliability. Partner closely with frontline users, IT, and analytics teams to shape real-time operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Product Vision and Strategy aligned with broader portfolio goals
• Manage product dependencies and coordinate increments of value with other Product team members
• Drive continuous product discovery and deliver valuable solutions aligned with OKRs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery, or 5 years of relevant work experience
• Technical knowledge including A/B testing, product architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, data models, analytics, and querying languages
• Familiarity with Agile Product Management tools and methodologies
• Strong knowledge of the product domain, including business models, constraints, regulations, and user experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery are a plus
• Experience determining Product Market fit and defining Go-to-Market strategies is preferred
