Product Owner

About the role

Define and communicate the product vision, serving as the primary point person for a product development team. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, aligning items with overall strategy and business objectives.
• Oversee product development stages, actively participating in planning, refinement, review, and sprint events.
• Evaluate product progress at each iteration, inspecting and evaluating development stages.
• Support release planning, setting expectations for new functionality delivery and overseeing the release process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or systems engineering, with 8-12 years of relevant experience (or Master's with 6-10 years).
• Experience implementing engineering methods and practices.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian tool suite.
• Proven communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaboration across organizations and lead diverse teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
