Product Owner
About the role
This role will report to the Senior Manager, Product Management and will regularly engage with cross-functional leaders. The Product Owner is responsible for converting the product vision and roadmap into workable product requirements for engineering, maintaining the development backlog, grooming and accepting features, and ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Works in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria (definition of done).
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of users and technology.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
- Defines self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers in partnership with user-focused departments.
- Develops and maintains tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams, with an understanding of Agile principles and proficiency in prototyping and iterative development.
- Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience, particularly within healthcare, is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Owner (CPO) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) certifications or equivalent.
- Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience, with healthcare experience preferred.

Pay
Estimated salary range for this position: $80,000 - $108,000.
