Product Owner
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our Software Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear product specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful product delivery. As the bridge between business and technology, you will play a critical role in driving the product roadmap, managing priorities, and delivering exceptional products that meet our customers' needs.
Minimum Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and development teams, to elicit and document product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with the product management team to define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Facilitate Agile development processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization, to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality products.
- Advocate for a user-centered approach, conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and contributing to the design and optimization of user interfaces.
- Create comprehensive product documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and release notes, to support development, QA, and customer success teams.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, design, and marketing, to align priorities, manage expectations, and drive successful product outcomes.
- Collaborate with the QA team to define acceptance criteria, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Lead and support by working hand and glove with business development, sales, marketing, and all commercialization efforts to ensure the product is presented pristine to the public and private sectors in rapid development and deployment environments.
- Identify areas for process improvement, propose and implement solutions, and contribute to enhancing the overall product development lifecycle.
