Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner for a long-term contract position in Norfolk, VA. The role requires working on-site at a customer site for an extended discovery period. The ideal candidate must have US-person status, consistent with the CUI/FedRAMP High/IL4 access restrictions governing this engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience, including backlog ownership at a program (not single-team) level
• Demonstrated experience building or planning a software platform intended for reuse and deployment across multiple clients
• Experience defining or refining KPI/measurement frameworks in partnership with a customer
• Experience gathering and translating multi-persona workflow requirements (e.g., distinct role-based experiences) into actionable backlog items
