Location: Norfolk, VA (On-Site) – Local candidates only. Long-term contract position for US citizens or Green Card holders.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to work onsite at a customer site for an extended discovery period. This role involves building or planning a software platform intended for reuse and deployment across multiple clients, with a focus on program-level backlog ownership and collaboration with customers to define KPI and measurement frameworks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience, including backlog ownership at a program (not single-team) level.
- Demonstrated experience building or planning a software platform for reuse and multi-client deployment.
- Experience defining or refining KPI/measurement frameworks in partnership with a customer.
- Experience gathering and translating multi-persona workflow requirements (e.g., distinct role-based experiences) into actionable backlog items.
- Comfortable working onsite at a customer location for an extended period.
- US-person status, consistent with CUI/FedRAMP High/IL4 access restrictions for this engagement.
