Product Owner (AI) Remote role Compensation: $80 - $100 About The Role Our client is seeking a Product Owner (AI) to drive product strategy, portfolio execution, and AI-enabled ways of working across a growing portfolio of healthcare and digital initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will move opportunities from discovery and prioritization through roadmap development, delivery readiness, launch planning, and outcome measurement. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, product teams, analytics organizations, and technology partners to define high-value opportunities, translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements, and improve the speed and quality of product execution through responsible AI adoption. What You'll Do Partner with business and portfolio leaders to define customer problems, target outcomes, value propositions, and product opportunitiesLead and support product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, current-state assessments, use-case development, and risk analysisTranslate business strategy into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs, and roadmap recommendationsDevelop product briefs, business cases, investment proposals, funding requests, and executive-level presentationsCoordinate with Product Strategy, Analytics, AI, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to drive execution and alignmentDefine success metrics and support adoption planning, outcome measurement, and value realization effortsMaintain visibility into roadmap commitments, dependencies, risks, approvals, timelines, and resource requirementsPromote responsible AI adoption, ensuring governance, data privacy, and risk management practices are followedLeverage enterprise AI and generative AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision supportSupport the launch planning and delivery readiness of AI-enabled healthcare and digital initiatives What You Bring 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Operations, Portfolio Management, Consulting, or a related disciplineProven ability to lead product discovery and move initiatives from concept through delivery-ready executionStrong understanding of product roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, backlog management, and stakeholder alignmentHands-on experience with enterprise AI and generative AI tools for productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision supportAbility to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomesKnowledge of responsible AI practices, governance, data privacy, and risk managementExperience in healthcare, clinical, personalization, analytics, or AI-enabled product environments preferred What's In It For You Opportunity to influence enterprise-wide product strategy and AI-enabled transformation initiativesExposure to executive stakeholders and high-visibility strategic programsHands-on experience shaping AI adoption and product innovation within a complex healthcare environmentCollaborative environment working alongside product, analytics, technology, and business leadersOpportunity to drive meaningful business outcomes across personalization, analytics, and digital health initiativesAccess to cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologiesWeekly paychecks Applications will be accepted through October 23, 2026.
