Operating in a fast-paced environment with an aggressive delivery timeline, the successful candidate must ramp quickly, work independently, and produce high-quality requirements for development teams to execute. The position involves direct collaboration with front-end, middleware, and back-end development teams to consolidate multiple product portfolios into a unified digital experience across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating business needs into clear technical and functional requirements for IT teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, presenting requirements directly to development teams and answering technical and business questions throughout delivery.
- Support customer-facing digital products across web and mobile platforms throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Partner with front-end, middleware, and back-end development teams, as well as UX/design resources, to ensure the customer experience aligns with business requirements.
- Support digital experiences spanning customer acquisition, onboarding, servicing, payments, and collections.
- Help consolidate multiple existing customer experiences and product portfolios into a unified digital experience.
- Produce complete, accurate requirements documentation that enables development teams to move quickly.
- Navigate ambiguity and changing priorities while maintaining aggressive delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Five to seven plus years of Product Owner, Product Management, or closely related experience.
- Proven experience working directly with software development, technology teams, and supporting products across the full technology stack, including front-end, middleware, and back-end teams.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements, translating business requirements into technical requirements, and supporting customer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Strong stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and documentation skills.

- Experience working with React-based web products.
Work Environment
This role operates within a requirements-driven and structured environment, where Product Owners are responsible for delivering comprehensive requirements packages to IT teams before development begins. The professional should be comfortable with limited traditional Scrum ceremonies, less emphasis on sprint planning, and a heavy emphasis on upfront requirements quality and completeness. The delivery schedule is accelerated to meet tight deadlines.
