About the role
This role focuses on enhancing web and mobile customer experiences, expanding self-service payment capabilities, and supporting a Salesforce-driven service ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of product management, product development, or product operations experience supporting customer-facing digital products
- 2+ years of experience in payments systems, financial services, or lending/finance platforms
- 2–4+ years of experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- 2–4+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders
- 1–3+ years of experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, and roadmap planning
- Strong experience supporting UAT, including test script creation, execution, and defect triage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across both business and technical teams
Preferred Skills & Experience
- SAFe Agile certification (or similar Agile/Product Owner certification)
- Experience with Salesforce platform (Salesforce Admin or related certification preferred)
- 2–4+ years of experience supporting CRM-driven digital ecosystems or customer service platforms
- Experience with mobile applications, including product launch and post-launch support
- 1–3+ years of experience in data analysis, metrics tracking, and data-driven decision making
- Experience supporting production environments, including incident management, SLAs, and vendor coordination
- Background working with customer communications platforms (email, SMS, messaging, or marketing cloud tools)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
- Agile certification (Certified Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile preferred)
- Salesforce certification preferred; or ability to obtain Salesforce Administrator certification within the first year
