About the role
The candidate will work closely with the various groups within the different business areas (sales, product, operations, etc.) and across Wealth Management to manage initiatives throughout the program development life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the various groups within the different business areas (sales, product, operations, etc.) and across Wealth Management to manage initiatives throughout the program development life cycle.
- Manage and optimize processes for various Wealth Management products.
- Participate in strategic initiatives as well as application reengineering efforts.
- Identify and escalate risks, and improve the financial advisor/client experience.
- Drive continuous improvement to underlying functions.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant finance industry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular strength in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Organized and attention to detail focused.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate risks.
- Ability to critically assess process for optimization and the organization skills to drive continuous improvement to underlying function set.
- Firm understanding of the importance of accuracy in quality of work/downstream impacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with senior management.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills and ability to think and act like an owner.
- Efficient time management skills / ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks that team is involved with.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant finance industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
