Product Operations Tooling Analyst

It owns and operates a portfolio of news and entertainment television networks, a motion picture company, television production operations, a television stations group, theme parks, and a suite of Internet-based businesses.
About the role
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX Design, PMO, and Engineering teams to manage and optimize Airtable, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and SharePoint tools for Product and Tech cross-team workflows, including but not limited to Intake, Prioritization, Planning, Delivery, and Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational setup, provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution of Airtable, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and SharePoint tools, ensuring they are consistently available, reliable, and ready for teams to use.
- Build scalable interfaces using Airtable Interfaces for different stakeholder groups.
- Implement automations using Airtable Automations and integrations (e.g., Slack, Jira, APIs).
- Optimize performance, usability, and data integrity across Airtable bases.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for tooling to support change management and adoption of small continuous improvements and larger-scale changes across a team of +300 for Product and +3,500 for all of Global Streaming.
- Act as the point person for tooling-related questions, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Translate diverse, cross-functional stakeholder requirements into scalable tooling solutions.
- Provide support to the Product organization through organizing and standardizing team onboarding and learning and development materials to empower Product & Design.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a tooling, operations, or systems analyst role working with Airtable, including admin-level capabilities, integrations, and automation features.
- Advanced Airtable skills, including:
- Configuring relational database design, interfaces, and user experience design.
- Experience scaling Airtable across multiple teams and org-wide deployments.
- Strong understanding of Airtable limitations and performance optimization.
- Ability to debug workflows and optimize systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to translate complex tooling setups into understandable terms for diverse stakeholders across many levels.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product, Technology, or Media.
- Proven experience working with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (onsite in New York, NY, 10112). This is a temporary assignment lasting 5 months.
