Milliman's Seattle healthcare practice provides consulting services to clients in the healthcare industry including health plans, government payers, providers, and reinsurers. We partner with a broad spectrum of organizations, including insurance companies, health plans, government agencies, healthcare providers, reinsurers, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), health technology firms, and employers. What You Will Do

  • Support the development, maintenance, and distribution of healthcare financial and analytic software products
  • Communicate with account managers and subject matter experts to coordinate customer communication, distribute and apply new releases, gather feedback, and update the product roadmap
  • Improve upon existing software product support processes by supporting:
    • New client onboarding
    • Managing software distribution: new release distribution, including deployment and upgrades for both stand-alone and cloud
    • Invoicing and billing processes for software products
  • Support product growth operations by:
    • Maintaining clean product-related account and contact data in Dynamics
    • Loading, categorizing, and updating contacts from webinars, conferences, website inquiries, LinkedIn requests, and other inbound sources
    • Coordinating standard follow-up communications for prospects
    • Scheduling introductory meetings with appropriate product leaders or consultants
    • Tracking lead source and status; preparing pipeline review materials
    • Following up with consultants and account owners to keep opportunity records current
  • Assist with general and administrative financial tasks

Professional Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience as a product operations specialist or product data analyst, developing and improving existing software and customer or client relationship management processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience coordinating with senior consultants and product leaders
  • Comfortable sending template-based follow-up to clients and prospects

Personal Qualifications

  • Ability to take direction from senior team members and execute in a timely manner
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous projects and teams
  • Interest in healthcare products, client development, and commercial operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, solution-oriented, affinity with numbers
  • Experience working with/in the health insurance industry

Location

This position is based out of the Milliman office in Seattle, Washington. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite a minimum of three days per week.

Compensation

The overall salary range for this role is $82,455 - $131,905. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. Employees are also eligible for a bonus under our standard bonus policy.
