About the Opportunity

The Product Operations Manager role is responsible for establishing, managing, and maintaining the operational infrastructure that enables the Product organization to scale efficiently. This position ensures the reliability, standard compliance, and data integrity of tools, telemetry, and internal workflows that support Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, especially as the product portfolio expands and incorporates advanced AI capabilities. The role is critical for sustaining operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and effective strategic coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain core product tools (such as Aha!, Amplitude, Jira, and Maze) to ensure deep organizational adoption, strict data quality, and high workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate directly with corporate compliance officers and external consultants to manage FDA design controls, documentation standards, and continuous audit readiness
  • Develop, document, and sustain repeatable, standardized workflows for regulatory compliance and R&D product documentation
  • Create, curate, and maintain central product dashboards and operational scorecards with accurate, easily accessible data insights
  • Identify product data telemetry and instrumentation gaps, partnering with Engineering and Systems teams to resolve them
  • Create and lead the onboarding process for new Product team members regarding tool configurations, reporting structures, and internal workflows
  • Coordinate end-to-end operational activities across business functions for product releases, ensuring all documentation, customer training, and support workflows are ready
  • Maintain strict release readiness checklists, track multi-team dependencies, and proactively escalate operational risks to executive leadership
  • Drive and manage special operational initiatives that span multiple internal teams or lack explicit functional ownership
  • Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing Management (PMM), and Agile Coaches to diagnose process inefficiencies and implement structured workflow improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive professional experience operating within Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or closely related tech-industry capacity
  • Hands-on administrative experience managing product management and behavioral analytics platforms such as Aha!, Amplitude, Jira, or Maze
  • Strong organizational skills with an uncompromised attention to administrative detail and project follow-through
  • Proven experience working with raw datasets, building automated dashboards, and presenting executive-level reporting
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional engineering and business teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical professional experience
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to twice per year for strategic planning meetings and corporate events
  • Prior experience operating within a regulated software, digital health, health-tech, or medical device software environment (preferred)
  • Foundational familiarity with FDA design controls, Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 13485, or related regulatory compliance frameworks (preferred)
  • Strong technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering leads on data schemas and tool integrations (preferred)
  • Proven experience helping scale growing organizations or optimizing Product Operating Models alongside modern Agile development methodologies (preferred)
  • A process improvement mindset focused on simplifying complex workflows without introducing unnecessary corporate overhead (preferred)

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The target baseline salary framework is $84,000.00 to $97,400.00 USD annually. Final salary placement within this tier is calibrated dynamically based upon the candidate's core product analytics tool proficiency, regulatory healthcare software experience, and internal equity structures.
