Product Operations Associate I
About the role
The Product Operations Associate I supports the Product Department function, enhancing customer and partner satisfaction. They act as a resident subject matter expert (SME) for all products, track KPIs, and recommend and implement processes and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Understand and apply Agent/ISO processes for merchant services setup and pricing.
- Track KPIs to ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion to enhance service standards/levels.
- Recommend and implement quality assurance processes based on client or staff feedback.
- Support partner campaigns and introduce new products to pilot groups.
- Test and log issues for both pending updates and production, assisting the development team.
- Work with customers and partners on technology enhancements to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide product training and coach staff and customers on product functionality.
- Ensure a customer-focused collaborative team culture.
- Create, update, and maintain training manuals/decks related to products.
- Support organizational tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and relevant experience.
- College degree a plus!
- Experience in Bankcard processing industry (acquiring), specifically with merchant services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ASANA, and other project management tools.
- Experience with coding languages (JS, CSS, HTML, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with API Documentation, Google Analytics, or similar marketing analytic tools.
- Experience with screenshare/meeting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up on commitments.
- Flexibility to adapt to organizational changes.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma and relevant experience.

- Experience in Bankcard processing industry (acquiring).
- Specific experience (working for a processor, sponsor bank, merchants, and/or card brand).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ASANA, and related project management tools.
- Experience with coding languages (JS, CSS, HTML, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with API Documentation, Google Analytics, or similar marketing analytic tools.
- Experience with screenshare/meeting software.

Pay
$31 - $38/hr.
Schedule
This position reports daily to our office in Calabasas, CA.
