Product Operations Associate

About the role

The Product Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the product development lifecycle. This includes managing product releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage product releases and ensure timely delivery to market
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align product features with business goals
• Oversee product quality assurance processes to maintain high standards
• Support product launches and post-launch activities
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback to improve future releases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in product management, operations, or a similar field
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and product management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development processes
• Understanding of data analytics and its application to product development
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
