About the role
Blackstone is seeking a marketing professional to support its Private Wealth business, focusing on private equity and infrastructure product marketing. This individual will assist with the development and execution of investment content, product positioning, content strategy, advisor education, and fundraising initiatives for Blackstone's flagship perpetual funds, BXPE and BXINFRA.
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong investment writing and communication skills, sound judgment, and experience developing content for sophisticated financial audiences. Working closely with private equity and infrastructure teams, product specialists, sales, and regional marketing partners, this individual will manage key BXPE and BXINFRA marketing materials, support global content activation, and contribute to broader product marketing and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Channel Marketing, Firm Content, Digital Strategy, Production, Design, Events, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Private Wealth Sales, Product Specialist, and Legal and Compliance teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies for BXPE and BXINFRA.
- Drive the development, approvals, and execution of investment content, product positioning, advisor-facing narratives, and marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, thought leadership, market commentary, case studies, event content, and digital campaigns).
- Identify opportunities to amplify portfolio activity, market trends, fund updates, and investment themes through differentiated marketing programs.
- Support new product launches, product extensions of existing funds, strategic initiatives, and go-to-market campaigns.
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely execution.
- Monitor competitive developments and industry trends to inform product positioning, messaging, and content strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, investment communications, asset management marketing, investor relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence communicating to senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
- Experience synthesizing complex investment concepts into clear, audience-appropriate content.
- Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing cross-functional workflows with multiple stakeholders, maintaining quality, timelines, and clear communication.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred, or ability to obtain within one year of employment.

Pay
Expected annual base salary range: $105,000 - $175,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside of the US, salary will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
