As a Product Marketing Manager on the North America team, you’ll drive communication and awareness of Cato’s product capabilities and business benefits across diverse channels, shaping how the world sees our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject-matter expert for the North America region on Cato’s business and technical capabilities.
- Lead strategic product launches, driving cross-functional alignment and building launch momentum.
- Articulate Cato’s unique value through collateral, presentations, and customer/partner conversations.
- Create compelling thought-leadership content, including blogs, white papers, eBooks, and webinars.
- Develop competitive intelligence and battle cards to give field teams a competitive edge.
- Partner with sales teams to join strategic customer conversations, deliver demos, and equip reps with insights and tools.
- Shape Cato’s market presence through customer case studies, SE training, event messaging, analyst briefings, and other key initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Marketing experience in the security space, with technical knowledge in networking and/or security from engineering, pre-/post-sales, or product marketing roles.
- Exceptional storytelling skills across formats, including e-books, webinars, blog posts, and presentations.
- Data-driven mindset to influence product decisions and craft resonant messaging.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and other teams.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- Charismatic, confident, and passionate about thought leadership.
- Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on work experience.
Pay
On-target earnings for this role range from $165,000 to $200,000, with exact compensation varying based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
