Job Summary
The Product Marketing Manager – Growth Acquisition will help develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across a rapidly evolving streaming and digital entertainment business. This role combines strategic thinking, business analysis, competitive research, performance analytics, and hands-on execution to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that drive subscriber growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer acquisition strategies that drive subscriber growth, customer engagement, and long-term business value.
- Build strategic marketing briefs that clearly communicate business objectives, customer insights, campaign requirements, success metrics, and execution plans.
- Partner closely with Product, Media, Digital, Social, Partner Marketing, Analytics, and Product Marketing teams to execute integrated acquisition campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and acquisition metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Build executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, business recommendations, and strategic narratives that influence decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations based on testing, analytics, and customer insights.
- Career TV, streaming platform, OEM, and partner marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and product awareness.
- Utilize data and analytics to solve business problems and develop actionable marketing recommendations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and customer acquisition outcomes.
Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, Performance Marketing, Management Consulting, or related strategy roles.
- Experience: Developing marketing strategies and executing integrated campaigns from concept through launch.
- Experience: Supporting subscription, streaming, direct-to-consumer, or digital businesses.
- Experience: Working cross-functionally within fast-paced, highly collaborative organizations.
