  • Produce compelling case studies, webinars, and analyst materials, using market intelligence and competitive trends to refine messaging.
  • Collaborate directly with Product Leadership, Engineering, Sales, and Analyst Relations to ensure stories are grounded in real product capability.
  • Define GTM success metrics and report on adoption, pipeline influence, and overall narrative impact.

  • Adaptable & curious: comfortable navigating B2C/B2B commerce contexts and fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Technical translator: proven track record of turning complex product details into clear value propositions for both technical and business audiences.
  • End-to-end ownership: experience leading positioning, cross-functional GTM strategies, and managing senior stakeholders.
  • AI & workflow aptitude: proactive mindset using AI tools to optimize your workflow and stay ahead of emerging tech.
  • Sharp communication: excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with composable, modular, or platform-style products.
  • Familiarity with commerce ecosystems (Search, PIM, Order Management, etc.).
  • Experience briefing major industry analysts (Gartner, IDC, Forrester).
