Product Marketing Manager
The Role
Own the go-to-market strategy for all new products and features, including defining positioning, messaging, and launch tactics.
Conduct ongoing competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and advise the Product Management team on roadmap prioritization based on market gaps.
Develop the “Ground War” toolkit, including sales decks, battle cards, demo scripts, and objection-handling guides, to enable the Commercial team to win.
Create clear, persona-driven content such as white papers, webinars, and case studies that educate the market on xCures' unique AI-powered value.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform both external messaging and internal product requirements.
Partner with leadership to provide input on pricing strategy, feature bundling, and ROI models for target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Technical, Healthcare, or Marketing-related fields preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, specifically within HealthTech
- Proven track record of launching technical products and translating complex AI/Data concepts for commercial audiences
- Storytelling: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate use cases clearly and credibly to a clinical and business audience
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to use market data and competitive intelligence to influence product direction
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to work seamlessly between the Product Org and Commercial Org
- Strategic Autonomy: An upbeat, “can-do” mindset with the sound judgment to drive results in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
Preferred
- Advanced Degree in a relevant field or MBA
- Experience in pharmacy, diagnostics, value based care markets, or specialty healthcare markets
- Hands-on experience marketing GenAI, LLMs, or AI-driven products
- Familiarity with healthcare quality and/or interoperability standards
- A background in high-growth startup environments where you've effectively navigated ambiguity

Pay
Base salary range: $140,000 to $180,000 annually
