About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager in Atlas Copco Compressors LLC’s Oil Free Air Division, you will advance the growth and market presence of our specialized product line—including the oil-free ZM series centrifugal blowers, dryers, and air-treatment ancillaries. Reporting directly to the Proposal Manager, you will develop and execute robust business-development and marketing-communication strategies that bolster sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Center Product Managers and Business Development Managers to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate sales teams to implement marketing strategies, drive market-share growth, and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and distribute product pricing and technical information across the Americas to support informed sales efforts.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and informational sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape through ongoing analysis of competitor positioning and pricing to support product development and market competitiveness.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality support to customers and sales teams, fostering strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand expertise in product knowledge and marketing practices while staying current with industry trends.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to support business objectives and organizational success.
  • Contribute to the growth and positioning of product brands in a competitive technical-equipment market through proactive, customer-focused initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in sales and marketing within technical or industrial equipment sectors; experience in compressed-air equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business-development plans that yield measurable sales growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or closely related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.

Skills

  • Self-driven and collaborative team player with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with IBM Lotus Notes is advantageous.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to support sales initiatives and customer engagement.
