Product Marketing Associate

About the role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Associate to bridge the gap between DOSS Operations Cloud capabilities and market understanding. You’ll dive deep into our product features, including the flexible data model and workflow automation, and craft compelling narratives that highlight its unique benefits and applicability across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Ship high-leverage collateral such as product and use case pages, solution guides, customer stories, one-pagers, blog posts, founder-led content, and webinar materials
• Establish an efficient content creation system with performance feedback loops
• Partner with Sales & Solutions Consulting on competitive intel, vertical messaging, positioning, and GTM collateral
• Work across diverse industries and functions, including consumer goods, manufacturing, inventory management, finance, etc.
• Gradually assume larger PMM responsibilities, including positioning, competitive analysis, and launch strategy

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product marketing, content marketing, or technical writing experience in B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex products and simplify them
• Strong writing skills, able to tell compelling stories while prioritizing clarity over cleverness
• Adaptable, comfortable with AI tools and scalable systems
• Sharp design sense, though not required, familiarity with Figma is a plus

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, supply chain, operations, or finance software is a bonus
