Product Manager, Vice President - Global Customer Platform Strategy & Communications
Job Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owes, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Buys the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Pairs with senior leaders to develop clear, compelling, consistent messaging strategies that reflect the business vision through written and visual storytelling, enhancing leadership understanding, and driving product strategy
- Translates and communicates highly technical data-driven concepts into business-facing language
- Designs impactful slides and presentations to support executive narratives and speaking engagements
- Manages the development and distribution of internal communications, ensuring a consistent voice across all channels
- Pairs across the firm to improve awareness of strategic objectives and business priorities
- Manages Design Partners, convening the right stakeholders to co-prioritize where partners lean in, and demonstrates measurable value from the design relationship to strengthen and scale our platform
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Expertise in authoring executive communications
- Experience in agile methodology
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and copywriting
- Experience with strategic planning and KPI development
- Experience managing competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience collaborating with developers, database architects and technical product leaders to translate technical language to business-facing language
- Demonstrated ability leveraging AI to accelerate message development (drafting, editing, audience-tailoring) and to build/enable automated processes that improve throughput, consistency, and quality

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience with Jira and Align
- Intranet page design and management
