What You'll Do
- Craft the strategy for Shopping, Ads, self-serve, agencies, and new verticals that accelerates Profound into becoming the essential platform for marketing teams in these segments
- Define how retailers, advertisers, and agencies use Profound to track, understand, and improve their brand's visibility across AI-powered answer engines
- Build the self-serve motion that lets customers onboard and extract value from Profound without high-touch sales, expanding reach and revenue
- Develop product capabilities and workflows designed for agencies managing AI presence on behalf of multiple brands
- Expedite execution across engineering, design, data, and marketing by creating clarity, making decisions, and managing scope
- Optimize the team for velocity and quality shots on goal
- Be in front of customers every day to do discovery, get feedback, and sell
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engagement teams so that we tell compelling stories to prospects and customers
Who You Are
- 5 or more years of experience building excellent software products, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company
- Domain expertise in ads, ecommerce, retail, marketing technology, agency workflows, or self-serve B2B SaaS
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, create clarity, and push teams to ship product and drive impact
- Strong product fundamentals with a spike in one or more of enterprise go-to-market, design, development, or marketing
- You play on offense, creating and running toward opportunities and injecting energy into places where there is none
- Experience as a founder, working at an early-stage startup, or launching zero-to-one vertical products is a plus
Location
This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
