Product Manager, Technical - AI Enablement

T-Mobile · Frisco, TX · 1 wk ago
Marketing$119k–$214k/yrFull-time

About the role

This role owns the AI enablement product on the Adoption & Experience team — how T-Mobile employees actually get productive on the enterprise's GenAI tools and agents. You'll own the curriculum and learning paths that move employees from AI-aware to AI-capable, the rollout communications that land every tool launch and change, and the program that keeps the champion network active. Because the tools are technical and change fast, you'll need enough fluency in how the AI tooling and agents work to build enablement that lands with both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll treat training and communications as a product — roadmap, backlog, usage measurement, and continuous improvement driven by adoption data — and you'll partner with HR Learning & Development on delivery while owning the AI-specific content and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI enablement product end to end: vision, roadmap, and backlog for training, curriculum, learning paths, and communications across the enterprise's GenAI tools and agents.
  • Design and maintain curriculum and learning paths that make technical and non-technical employees productive on GenAI tools, refreshing content as tools and agent capabilities change.
  • Plan and run rollout communications for AI tool launches, feature changes, and standards updates, coordinating content owners across APEX and partner organizations.
  • Operate the champion network program: recruitment, activation, content, and the feedback loop from champions into the enablement roadmap.
  • Measure adoption and enablement effectiveness through usage reporting and employee feedback, and drive continuous improvement of enablement content.
  • Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
