About the Role
This role is responsible for maximizing the value of one or more products within the Business Architecture and Horizontal Product Management team at the program level in a scaled Agile model. The Product Manager defines and refines detailed epic-level requirements, collaborates with stakeholders, and aligns priorities with Product Owners running respective scrum teams. The position requires deep knowledge of strategic horizontal capabilities such as workflow, document management, correspondence, eSign, eForms, content management, and more to drive cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Generate the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and strategic business or technology direction.
- Communicate the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners, and teams.
- Oversee the budget(s) for one or more products by collaborating with finance partners on personnel and non-personnel expenses.
- Provide input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them.
- Ensure product availability by partnering with demand and capacity teammates.
- Develop business cases for new products and additional features for existing products.
- Partner with product owners and teams to ensure optimum value is obtained through technology, business, and industry expertise.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with business and technology projects, including process improvement/re-engineering and technology change efforts.
- Knowledge of project tools (JIRA experience preferred).
- Experience with and knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
- Process design orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions, and own product documentation.
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
- Strong decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in data management, including strong data analytic capability.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
