About the role

3Pillar is an AI transformation partner helping enterprises build AI‑native products and intelligent agents. The Senior Product Manager will be a key member of the global team, working directly with US clients on mission‑critical engagements. This role is responsible for the overall business success of clients’ software products, strategically advising clients, building solutions, partnering with engineering and program management, supporting pre‑sales efforts, delivering best‑of‑breed products using Agile practices, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with clients to build and design a broad digital strategy and lead teams to execute against it.
• Act as the cross‑functional product lead for distributed product team members in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
• Partner with engineering leads to manage overall project progress and resource usage, initiating corrective action when required.
• Lead the team to execute a short‑term plan by prioritizing and planning release content and timelines.
• Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments as the go‑to expert for the product.
• Make prioritization trade‑offs within the confines of product goals.
• Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management as appropriate.
• Measure and improve business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously, and report on milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain high awareness of industry issues and trends—especially accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies—and incorporate them into future projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a customer‑facing product leadership position (Senior PM, Lead PM, Director).
• At least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a variety of clients.
• Experience in organizational leadership, including influencing teams and executive leaders.
• Strong track record of problem solving and a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” mentality.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among details.
• Experience working with global teams (a MUST).
• Highly culturally aware.
• Well‑versed in user research; championing user needs across the customer experience and facilitating workshops.
• Relationship builder—highly empathetic and collaborative, able to work across senior‑level stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best‑of‑breed products.
