Product Manager - Proxy Account Opening

About the role

This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap aligned with strategic vision
• Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to identify market trends and business needs
• Document product requirements through workflows, process maps, and data flows
• Prioritize feature releases to enhance business outcomes
• Lead product owners, designers, and solution architects in defining product specifications
• Support operational readiness, including documentation and training
• Analyze business metrics and customer feedback to enhance product performance
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather customer insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in building/managing technical products
• Strong knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and SDLC
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
• Experience with issue and development tracking software (e.g., Microsoft DevOps or Jira)
• Knowledge of KYC, KYB, and identity verification solutions

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
