Product Manager, P&C Insurance Technology

About the Opportunity:The PRODUCT MANAGER, P&C INSURANCE TECHNOLOGY is responsible for overseeing the portfolio-level product strategy and business case development for the P&C insurance technology suite. This role coordinates across multiple product areas including Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. The position contributes by translating cross-product priorities into clear investment decisions, maintaining portfolio health visibility, and supporting leadership and customer engagements with data-driven insights. This role also includes managing a Senior Product Analyst to support portfolio analysis and business case preparation. Responsibilities:Drive execution of strategy across Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI product areas.Define and manage initiatives and epics that span multiple product backlogs.Monitor and report on portfolio health, initiative status, and inter-product dependencies.Develop business cases for significant roadmap investments using metrics such as win rate, revenue, direct written premium (DWP), and customer satisfaction scores.Manage and mentor a Senior Product Analyst focused on portfolio analytics and business case support.Prepare and present portfolio narratives and analysis for executive, customer, and analyst stakeholders.Demonstrate product capabilities and roadmap plans to customers, communicating value and functionality effectively. Requirements:At least 6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related analytical roles, preferably in P&C insurance technology, insurtech, or enterprise SaaS.Strong skills in business case development and financial modeling with data-driven decision-making.Experience managing or readiness to manage direct reports.Ability to collaborate across multiple product lines and stakeholders without owning a single product backlog.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer and senior leadership presentations.Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
